Somalia Accuses Ethiopian Forces of Aggression in Doolow

In a move that has raised tensions in the Horn of Africa, the Federal Government of Somalia has accused Ethiopian forces of committing "blatant aggression" in the border town of Doolow. This accusation comes amid heightened political and military sensitivities in the region, where border disputes have long been a source of conflict.

Somalia’s Foreign Minister, Ahmed Moalim Fiqi, released a strongly worded statement condemning the incident, describing it as a violation of Somalia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. According to Somali officials, Ethiopian forces allegedly crossed into the Somali town of Doolow without authorization, an act they deemed as provocative and unacceptable.
